Basic configuration

    • Adjustable spread roller for perfect smoothing of difficult film before lamination roller.
    • Zone heating of the laminating roller saves energy when laminating small formats.
    • Temperature sensor inside the cylinder for extremely precise regulation
    • PUR pressure roller for longer roller life.
  • Separator & delivery
    • Rotary separation knives for reliable film separation at high speed.
    • Built-in perforator to support trouble-free sheets separation, or to be used for special jobs where knife is not applicable.
    • Pneumatic driven separation roller.
    • Automatic (pneumatic) skew wheel increases reliability of separation when processing wide range of jobs. Good to use for long sheets.
    • Adjustable speed of snapping roller for perfect separation of difficult jobs.
    • Jogging table.

  • Set of chilling rollers placed between laminating unit and separator to reach high quality embossing or windows lamination.
